Our global retail client was in the process of a major data centre switch-over. With all their core data systems on SAP, they wanted a company that could integrate SAP with BizTalk server 2016 and guide them through the intricacies of setting up and working with SQL database clusters side-by-side with their existing systems in a primarily Oracle-based backend setup.
They had already tried and failed with one set of consultants. We were able to salvage the project and complete their integration process.
We helped to define their sequential data extract requirements between their SAP systems and their file-based data storage solution based in the Boston. We helped the client setup their SQL server clusters and their high availability BizTalk Server integration solution for high performance, meeting the time-sensitive nightly extraction SLA requirements for data dispersed to and from over 5,000 global stores each morning.
We established a cost-effective support agreement and provide 24/7 second-line support.
